This policy explains how LOOSEDAYS ("we") handles information in the iPhone app "ProGuide Photo" (the "App").

1. In short: your photos never leave your device

The App analyses the camera image, guides the shot and finishes the photo entirely on your iPhone. Photos, video and information about faces or bodies are never sent to us or to anyone else. The App makes no network connections.

2. What the App uses, and why

• Camera: to read the subject, the position of faces and bodies, expression, light and tilt, so the App can guide and take the shot. These readings are used in the moment and are neither stored nor sent.
• Adding to your photo library: when you tap Save, the before and after photos are added to your library. This happens only when you ask for it.
• Device motion: to measure shake and tilt.
• Voice guidance: read aloud with the iOS speech synthesiser, on the device. The microphone is not used.

3. What is stored on your device

To compare shots, the App may keep pairs of before and after photos inside the App. They stay inside the App and are deleted when you delete it.

4. What the App does not collect

No account is needed. The App does not collect names, email addresses, location or advertising identifiers, and contains no analytics or advertising.

5. Sharing with third parties

Since nothing is collected, nothing is shared.

6. Children

The App collects no personal information, from children or anyone else.

7. Changes

Changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
